Paul RutherfordExcellent customer service from a genuine family business. Bit of a trek from Northumberland but well worth it.
Darren HallWhat a great experience, from organising a viewing to even picking me up from the train station to collect my van, all of the staff were extremely professional, honest, down to earth and friendly.
And the dog cuddles and cups of coffee were an added bonus!
Could not recommend this brilliant family run business highly enough!
Thomas FiddiesPicked up my new van today, the third vehicle from yourselves, and yet again its been outstanding customer service and everything has exceeded expectations. Couldn’t ask for more!
Tommy GeorgeHad all my vans off Scotts. Never had any issues always been here to help me. Claire and Amelia are so down to earth and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy or have my vehicles maintained! Highly recommend!
Karl HardmanBought a van from Scotts commercials with out seeing the vehicle. It was too far away to view so they provided me with many detailed photos and even arranged delivery. Excellent service from Jo, she kept me up to date with everything. When the van arrived it was better than I imagined. One small thing was a broken clip on the rear bumper. Happens to most transit customs but Jo was there to help again and offered to pay to get it sorted. It was a very minor issue but appreciated the offer. Would definitely recommend this company.
